NHP Health Mentoring Portal

A government-grade digital reporting platform built for the National Health Programme (NHP) to track weekly mentoring activities across 5 Local Government Areas in southeastern Nigeria — Orlu, Orsu, Oguta, Ohaji/Egbema, and Ngor Okpala. The system features role-based authentication for mentors and mentees, LGA-level data filtering, photo upload functionality, and an admin dashboard for programme coordinators. Built with PHP/MySQL on cPanel. Solved a critical gap in health programme accountability by replacing paper-based reporting with a structured, searchable digital system.
