An AI-powered pediatric triage system built for CWC Hospital, Abuja. Parents describe their child's symptoms via WhatsApp and the system uses RAG architecture and SBAR clinical summaries to assess urgency, assign a digital triage ID, and route them to the correct intake point — reducing emergency desk congestion. Built with Claude API, WhatsApp Business API, and PHP. One of the few AI healthcare triage systems deployed for a Nigerian hospital, combining clinical protocol standards with conversational AI.
